GENERAL TIPS FOR WELLBEING


We all know that all of us are searching for real Happiness & Wellbeing in our Life.  This is a fact that we can find from the beginning of time.

In the pursuit of essential Peace & Happiness, we search and follow many persons, go after various things, visit many places and so on and so forth.  And finally we find that we are unable to find real Happiness in many of the things that we think that will give us happiness. Whatever so called happiness we get, later we find to be momentary.  Many a time, we see that finding Happiness is very very difficult.   If we analyze very closely, we can see that the most familiar & close person to one in one’s own self. The main problem in our life due to our Ego.

If we are unable to understand that, our Ego leads us to wrong locations and destinations in Life Looking for the Happiness in people, places, materials and luxuries will not help us to move in the Right path.

Most of the time we think that we are better than the other person.

Many a time,  knowingly or unknowingly we do wrong things. We have to understand  our Feelings  &  Emotions.  One should always move through the path of Truth & Reality, and avoid false Beliefs.

We should be dare enough to speak & act faithfully.

We should always get associated with similar persons in life.

Association with good people make us feel Happy and Healthy, like good food.  The positive and good thoughts that we get after reading good books is a real food for our Body & Mind.  We should get inspired with positive Intention, and we should work hard for the same.

Let us understand that everybody in born free and we are free internally also.


We should consider ourselves as shining Jewels.

Eternal light should fill our mind and we should follow that light.

One must be honest in our Thoughts & Actions, and should not say any Excuses.

Even if there are any ups and downs, one should ignore it

We should have Emotional Freedom from Anger, Self pity, Frustration &  Fear.

To be successful, we should lead a practical life, with a Great Motto.

Our Inner mind should be our Friend, Philosopher and Guide.

If we surrender to our Inner Mind, everything will be actualized in a better way.

We should keep our mind pure & simple and we should be able to control our mind.

An understanding Mind will be at peace and will know the real Self

When there is total understanding of Life, there will be Total Wellbeing.

In a state of Total Wellbeing we are physically fit, and mentally and spiritually at peace.

At this state, we will experience our Wholeness.

If we are addicted to bad habits, alcohol, smoking, drugs, over eating, and laziness etc, we are doing harm to our Wellbeing.

When we lose our Spiritual Wellbeing, Ego will take a prominent role.  When we lose over Physical Wellbeing, disease will occur in our life.

If we are in wholeness, we are in Total Wellbeing.

In wholeness, there is full Energy, integration of Body, Mind & Spirit

Let’s understand that everybody in an association of Body, Mind & Spirit

Only in a state of Wholeness and Wellbeing, one will experience the true meaning of Real Happiness.

Pure Happiness will be manifested in our Body, Mind and Spirit.

There should be a blend of Physical, Mental and Spiritual Wellbeing.

To be perfectly Happy in this world, one should experience Total Wellbeing.

Only in total Awareness and Mindfulness, Total wellbeing comes.

We should always take care of our Body, Mind & Spirit.

 Most of the time we take care of our body only.  It is really harmful.  We should take care of our mind also equally.

If we are neglecting one and giving importance to another, we will not be Healthy and Happy in our life.

A Balanced life is what we want in Life

Even if a person prays, meditates, study scriptures and try to understand the mysteries of Life, and if he is ignoring his health, he will never experience Peace and Happiness in his life, as his health problems will be a misery for him.  Such a person can never experience his Self.

For peak performance in life, there should be fine-tuning of all systems – Physical, Mental & Spiritual.

To reach the highest state of Realization, we should have Physical, Mental and Spiritual health.

There should be dedication and determination to achieve this Goal.  We should have focused attention to attain our Goals and all Dreams.

A Mind with vision and wisdom can attain Total Wellbeing.

Let us understand what is Wellbeing

Does it mean that one is physically fit in all aspects?

We can see that the meaning and understanding of wellbeing may vary from person to person.

But one thing is definite that wellbeing is more than our physical fitness.

It is worth – understanding that Total Wellbeing in all about our Total being!! 

The physical body has got a major role in our Wellbeing.

Without a Healthy body, what we can do?  Only in a Healthy body, a  Healthy Mind can work.

Primary importance should be given to our physical Health.

We have to look after our physical body very carefully.

One has to see the needs of the physical body. We have to undergo regular medical checkups, supply sufficient food and nutrition and the like basic needs.

Always we have to consult our physician or therapist in time for the same.

Our body is just like a machine – 24 hours a day, 365 days an year – working continuously

It will have its’ own wear and tear.  We have to correct it. Whenever the body gives a signal, you have to take it seriously and correct it promptly, before serious problems occur.

Our body is an amazing machine.  Many a time it will correct by itself.  But we have to take care of it promptly.

We should know how to connect with our body always.

We should always take control of the Signs & Symptoms the body gives very seriously.

By taking care of the Signals, Signs & symptoms of our noble body, we can keep it disease free and in full working condition until the end of our life.

We all know that “A healthy mind can remain only in a Healthy body”

We should motivate ourselves so that we get all the General and Special information about Healthy living and about a life in Wellbeing.

Altogether, we should “Lead a life in Total Wellbeing.

We are all aware that Daily Stress is a major hindrance to our Wellbeing.  We have to participate in various Stress reduction methods, so that we could lead a life in Wellbeing.

Really, if we can reduce our Stress levels, we are in a better position to experience and enjoy Wellbeing. 

Our food habits play a major role in our Daily Wellness.

Healthy eating habits play an important role in our Physical & Mental Wellness

“We are what we are eating” along with “we are what we are thinking”

A balanced diet is very important.  Many foods, especially meat products, faulty foods and junk foods are detrimental to our health and behavior.

A good, fresh, balanced, nutrition’s and vegetarian diet is more important today.

Maintaining a healthy lifestyle, regular exercises, and maintaining a reasonable weight is of utmost importance to our daily Wellbeing.

We should have a Healthy Eating  style, make eating an art of Experience and Relaxation.

Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social wellbeing, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity” – World Health Organization

The environment we live also plays a major role in our Wellbeing.  We should try to change our surroundings for healthy living experience.

The best environment helps to change the life our children also.

Physical activity plays a vital role in Total Wellbeing.

Regular exercises should be a part of our life.

Our involvement in community, cultural and social activities stimulate our overall Wellbeing and Health.

Please understand that Wellness is not experienced by avoiding illness, but it is about adopting a positive and healthy attitude and approach in Life.

Please understand that wellbeing is really about making “our smart choices“ in life

We have to be in charge of our lifestyle and about what we really want in life. That is “Positive Health & Wellbeing”
